Shipping policy

Lead Time

Orders received by 1pm will be shipped that day via Royal Mail 48 hours. We aim to ship products within 1 working days unless otherwise stated on our website.  

Where we ship too

We currently ship to England, Scotland (and Islands), Wales, Northern Ireland and the channel Islands.

Shipping Costs

We offer a standard flat rate of £4.90 for one pair of our slippers or free delivery for orders of 2 pairs or more.  

EU Shipping

We offer a standard flat rate of €12 on all orders to EU countries. There will be no hidden taxes, we have taken care of that for you. All deliveries are DDP.

Shipping Time

Once shipped our products usually arrive within 2 working days. For addresses in the Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands this may be slightly longer.

We will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
